IE Auto Detailing, window tint and PPF

Front windows re-tinted bc I wanted them to match the back windows that IE Detail did last year & since needing a new windshield due to a crack, had to re-tint windshield. Happy with the tint but very upset that as a return customer I waited over 3 hours this morning just for the front windshield & luckily I did t wait for a call or text, I went down there to check on my car & it was done! Grrr! I was also told they were going to detail my car for the inconvenience of having to return this morning due to a problem with the film yesterday. The outside is definitely clean , however the inside wasn’t touched & added footprints & debris from the tint work & door jambs not wiped down AND a scratch on my passenger back door panel!😡😤😭 Unacceptable & so disappointed as I really like this place, but I should’ve specified that I only wanted George to do the work.

Very unhappy with the service . Scheduled a detail for a Saturday. They messaged me prior to appointment to ask if we could reschedule for Sunday and to cancel the appointment. After requesting to cancel the appointment , they then agreed to be able to see us Saturday. Website said a detail takes 3-4 hours. Car was dropped off at 9 am and we were told to return at 2:30pm which is 5 hours and 30 mins after. We informed we had an engagement at 4 and that would leaving us very short on time. They assured us it would be ready by 230 the latest. At 2:15, we called to ask if the car would be ready by 2:30, as promised. And the worker we spoke to said it would be ready at 3pm. When Wes drives at the location at 3:15pm to pick up our car, we were told they needed more time. We had no choice but to wait. At 3:30, an hour after we were initially told our car would be ready to be picked up, the car was handed over to us. Upon inspection of the work that had been on the car, it seemed as though an amateur had cleaned the car. There were crumbs, dust, smudges, etc. When pointing out that we were unhappy with the service, they said “it was hard to get off” and they could give us a discount. 10%

I have been using IE auto detailing for 6 years for my Tesla Model 3. Traded in model 3 for Model Y. Started coordinating with the owner Jorge for tint, PPF wrap, and ceramic coating. Jorge did great work and kept me in the loop during the process. Tint and wrap look great! Will continue to use IE auto detailing. 1 before picture and 2 after pictures.

Service was on time and professional. I felt like my car was important and the point of focus. I have had 3 friends bring their vehicles here as well. My car looks great inside and out. I feel like I have made a connection with a company that wants to keep my car looking good with a free re-inspection and a plan to visit yearly to check on the coating and PPF. I also shopped around for quality and pricing and I landed here and am happy with everything.

I was looking for a place to get ceramic coating done on my new truck and I’ve gotten my windows tinted for my Jeep here previously (it came out perfect). Jorge was super professional. He has been really responsive and gave me good recommendations. Ceramic coating came out GREAT! Will be back to get some more work done here and highly recommend! 2 weeks after ceramic coating - took my truck back in for free inspection wash. Came out amazing! Great value for sure!
